**Job Description**
This role leads the fabrication of intricate aerospace components using a variety of industrial sewing machines and hand tools, with a strong focus on zero-defect quality and strict adherence to aerospace standards. You will configure, operate, and maintain industrial sewing and fabrication equipment, work from complex work instructions and engineering blueprints, and ensure that every component meets demanding performance and durability requirements under extreme operating conditions.
