+ Design and implement custom UI pages using ServiceNow UI Builder and App Engine Studio.

+ Collaborate with telecom business stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user interfaces.

+ Build reusable components and templates for Workspaces and Portals.

+ Configure record page layouts, widgets, and dynamic user criteria-based views.

+ Ensure seamless integration with telecom modules like TMT, CSM, ITSM, and FSM.

+ Maintain domain separation and multi-tenancy configurations for telecom clients.

+ Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and demos.

+ Troubleshoot UI issues and optimize performance across devices.
