Insight Global is looking for a Testing and Training Coordinator to support a large ServiceNow implementation for one of our enterprise financial clients within their cybersecurity organization. This individual will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end testing activities while also supporting training execution to ensure successful system adoption. This person will work closely with developers, QA teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to organize testing cycles, track defects, and drive testing through completion. In parallel, they will help coordinate training efforts by managing schedules, tracking completion, and ensuring users are prepared ahead of go-live. This role requires strong organization and communication skills, as this individual will be working across multiple teams to drive timelines, provide visibility into progress, and ensure both testing and training deliverables are completed on schedule.
