10+ years experience in ServiceNow architecture design, development, and implementation.
Hands on experience in ITOM / Telecom Service Management, Order Management
Integrations
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), CSA, CIS certifications
Strong understanding of TMForum principles on solution architecture
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow technology architecture guidelines for infrastructure and application development.
Very good communication and co-ordination skills
Partner with application
technology teams to design scalable solutions.
Liaison between application stakeholders and technology team
Able to work and communicate different solutions to the business clients
Break down on solution approach and percolate to the team in effective way
