As a Solution Architect;
  • Work on product implementation in ServiceNow Employee and HR product suite primarily 
  • Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends
  • Lead discovery effort to design an approach and roadmap for transforming employee experience and HR Operations using ServiceNow Employee and HR product suite
  • Lead assessment of current ServiceNow Employee and HR product implementation and setup to recommend gaps, improvement areas, best practices, continual transformation.
