Job Description
ServiceNow Platform Architect – Abu Dhabi Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and future‑ready solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Establish and govern technical standards, design principles, development frameworks, integration patterns, and platform architecture guidelines
- Drive architectural consistency across the platform by promoting reusable design patterns and standardized implementation approaches
- Provide hands‑on architectural leadership to delivery teams through solution reviews, design validation, and technical guidance on complex implementations
- Ensure solutions are aligned with platform capabilities, minimize technical debt, and maximize the use of out‑of‑the‑box functionality where appropriate
