including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. Integrate
Discovery and Service Mapping with CMDB
to ensure accurate service and configuration data. Configure and customize
patterns, probes, sensors, and MID Servers
. Troubleshoot and optimize
Service Mapping and Discovery performance
. Collaborate with technical teams to align ITOM solutions with business and operational needs. Support escalation handling and ensure ITOM processes align with
Incident, Change, and Problem Management
.
Skills & Requirements
10+ years IT experience
with
8+ years in ServiceNow
and
5+ years in ITOM
. Hands-on experience with
Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
. Knowledge of
