We are seeking a driven ServiceNow Developer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ServiceNow in Serco. You’ll be joining at an exciting time as we grow our in-house team, expand our use of ServiceNow across the business, and transform users’ ways of working.



As part of this you’ll:

  • Implement and configure a range of modules to meet business requirements
  • Participate actively in team meetings, Agile ceremonies, project meetings and customer sessions
  • Ensure development and configuration activities are delivered within provided estimates, meeting commitments to stakeholders
  • Drive ServiceNow change initiatives from initiation to completion
