About the Role
This role sits within the CIO Office of the IT department in a leading public sector agency supporting scientific research. The team oversees IT planning, platform operations, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will be responsible for the administration, development, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise service delivery including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB capabilities.
