This role will lead the design, development, and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to support enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in ServiceNow, a deep understanding of ITIL processes, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, tight-knit team environment while contributing to the evolution of critical IT platforms.
