Responsibilities


+ Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications with emphasis on Service Catalogs and Request Workflows within ITSM and HRSD modules.

+ Write and maintain clean, efficient scripts using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions.

+ Stay current on ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and best practices.

+ Provide technical support and training to platform users as needed.

+ Implement and troubleshoot Access Control Rules (ACLs) to support secure, role-based access.

+ Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery to automate asset and service mapping.
