ServiceNow Business Analyst - Washington, DC (REMOTE)
Contract Duration: 8+ months
Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in HRSD, ITSM, WSD, or GRC modules.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.
