• 10 years of experience in ServiceNow in the telecom domain


• At least 5 implementations of ServiceNow TSM & CMDB


• Experience in ServiceNow Architecture, TSM capabilities, CMDB data model, TSM configuration, Integration, Transform Map, REST API Explorer, Workspace, Dashboard, and UI builder


• Strong understanding of system architecture, design, and delivery of the ServiceNow Platform


• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
