Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

  • IT-Ansprechperson im Team Workplace für die Bereiche Office und Produktion
  • Erfassung und Lösung von Benutzeranfragen über das Ticket-System
  • Selbstständiges Bearbeiten der Tickets im 1st Level Support sowie im Verantwortungsbereich auch 2nd Level Support
  • Administration, Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Microsoft -Diensten, wie Office , SharePoint, Intune, Autopilot sowie Security und Compliance
  • Optimierung und Konfiguration von Werkzeugen der IT (darunter Softwareverteilung, Monitoring, IT-Security, Asset Management und Scripting)
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung einer Self-Service Plattform
  • Unterstützung bei Rollout von Software und Hardware
  • Überwachung des IT-Services über das Monitoring-System
  • Analyse von Reportings und KPIs zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzial
