Easton Select Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our customers pool and spa systems.

This is not an entry-level position —we are looking for technicians who take pride in their work, understand the technical side of pool systems, and can operate independently in the field.

Service & Repairs

• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing
• Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
• Complete equipment installs and upgrades as needed

Preventative Maintenance

• Perform routine service visits including water testing, chemical balancing, and system checks
