Travel days: approx. 50 days/year.

Work location: Turitea WF and Tararua WF – Palmerston North/Manawatu Region. This is not a FIFO role; you will need to be in the region.

Working hours: 8 hours/day, approximately on call once every 3–4 weeks on the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Work to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that service targets are met.
• Carry out periodic service inspections in accordance with Vestas' specifications alongside electrical, mechanical, and hydraulics component replacement and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth operation of turbines and use of condition monitoring and remote control systems.
• Maintain an efficient service vehicle and well‑stocked warehouse by ordering materials, tools, and spare parts as needed.
• Assemble and service components according to current standards and work instructions, using internal or external cranes where necessary.
