What You Will Do
Deliver best-in-class service to our customers
Logging in tools, assessing, and repairing tools
Follow standardize repair process
Prioritize in-branch repairs
Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
Meet productivity targets
Provide support to different departments and roles.
Continuously develop and maintain a strong product knowledge

What You Will Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess mechanical aptitude and demonstrate repair experience
Strong computer skills
Highly organized and strong communication skills
