Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Requirements

+ At least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residences.

+ Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.

+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
