Insight Global is looking to hire a Service Technician in a Contract-to-Hire role for a client of ours in Ames, IA. This candidate will be servicing internet clients all across the central Iowa region. Any service requests, outages, and while not handling service requests they will be working in a customer service/ helpdesk role. The hiring manager is looking for someone who can go out into the field and trust that the work is getting done in a timely and professional manner. Candidates will be expected to follow direction from the Project Manager, and also a PM Tool called Base Camp that lays out project details and to-dos. This candidate will join a team of telecommunication professionals who provide high-speed internet and security solutions to commercial business and multi-dwelling units.
