Looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same?

KSS Fire Suppression (part of the growing Ranger Fire & Security Group) is on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive Service Scheduler to keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Plan and manage daily & weekly schedules for service engineers

* Be the first point of contact for customers (phone & email)

* Keep jobs running on time in a fast-moving environment

* Track productivity and report on performance

* Coordinate project timelines and ensure smooth delivery

* Issue RAMS and job documentation to clients

* Ensure accurate invoicing and job completion

What We’re Looking For

* 1+ year experience in scheduling / planning / service admin

* Strong organisation & multitasking skills
