Position Purpose:

Maintain hatchery production running efficiently and well-organized while supervising Service Room employees.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Select Genetics, presents a solid platform to serve customers on a national and international scale by providing quality poults, service, and innovation. Select Genetics is the leading supplier of poults and eggs to growers and companies across the world and has operations in eight US States.

The Service Room Supervisor:

· Oversees the Service Room employees to ensure they are performing their job to company standards;

· Calibrates and sets up the machines at the beginning of the day;

· Checks the medicine orders;

· Ensures the PSP and MCP machines are ready for use at the beginning of the day;

· Performs a quality control analysis on birds labeled as defective by the PSP or MCP machines;
