Job Descriptions:

• Handles all emails enquiries/complaints
• Handles all incoming and outgoing mailbags
• To conduct call evaluation / checks on sales teams
• In charge of archiving needs for the team and prepare monthly report
• In charge of all administrative duties for the team – filing/mask distribution/ordering of water/stationary/mailbox etc
• Assist on compliance matters
• Other Ad-hoc duties when required
