The Service Owner is accountable for the end-to-end health and performance of a portfolio of shared platforms.
This role ensures platforms deliver business value while remaining compliant, cost‑effective, and aligned with enterprise standards. The Service Owner acts as the single point of clarity across governance, lifecycle, and stakeholder coordination.
What is expected from this role
Act as a Service owner for platform value, balancing business needs, risk, and long-term sustainability
Drive consistency and transparency across platform governance, lifecycle decisions, and vendor interactions
Foster strong collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, and peer service owners to enable seamless platform usage
