Role Overview We are looking for ServiceNow Developer to support the development, configuration and enhancement of
ServiceNow platform
. The platform supports enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB and workflow automation across the organisation. You will work in a collaborative environment to build scalable solutions, improve service processes, and support day-to-day platform operations.
Requirements 4–10+ years of ServiceNow development or configuration experience Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and CMDB Experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, etc.) CSA certification is required; CIS-ITSM / CAD is a plus Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments is an advantage Good to Have Experience with Now Assist / Virtual Agent / AI features Experien...
