Summary
- This is a 3-month contract with a local authority, focusing on leading and overseeing the Quality Assurance function within Children’s Social Care. The role is crucial in ensuring robust systems are in place to monitor, evaluate, and improve practice. The postholder will drive continuous improvement through audits, learning, and performance activities, ensuring high standards of safeguarding and service delivery. The position is central to preparing for and responding to Ofsted inspections and embedding learning into frontline practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance framework for Children’s Social Care.
- Oversee and deliver monthly practice audits and thematic audits, ensuring they are robust, evidence-based, and outcome-focused.
