Job Description
The Service Manager, SEA & Tw is responsible for scaling and driving the service business and operation forward through DHR LEAN management approach, meeting operation metrics, ensuring resources optimization and leading people development. He/she has overall accountability to build a profitable and sustainable service business, collaborate with sales operations to drive growth, and effectively manage CP service teams, as well as radically increasing customer satisfaction. When need arises, he/she will be able to provide field support, technical consultation and related activities. This position reports directly to the Service Director, APJ and has a dotted line to the General Manager, SEA & Tw. It is part of the customer support function located in Singapore and is an onβsite role.
