Somerset Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead their newly created Safeguarding Service.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will provide leadership and operational management for the Somerset-wide Safeguarding Service. You will ensure efficient and effective service delivery in line with organisational requirements, uphold defensible decision-making and statutory guidance principles, and apply relevant legislation in practice while maintaining professional priorities and ethical practice.
