Overview

The Service Manager is responsible for all field labor, materials, profit, loss, project performance, and safety as well as managing all field labor, subcontractors, and vendors in collaboration with the Services business unit.

Responsibilities


+ Manage all field labor, materials, profit, loss, project performance, and safety in collaboration with the Services business unit

+ Ensure financial expectations and budgets are met or exceeded, monitor pricing, and review cost data with the Business Unit Manager

+ Maintain and monitor cash position of the business unit

+ Resolve dollar disputes between estimates and actual costs

+ Build and sustain customer relationships to ensure complete satisfaction
