About the Role
As a Service Lead, you will be based in the Nelson and Richmond area. This is a leadership position with six Team Leader reports.
Our service focus is on working in partnership with the people we support, their families/whānau and staff teams to deliver person‑centred services following the enabling good life principles.
Service Lead roles are busy and at times hectic. Staffing shortages and other daily challenges mean you will need to be flexible, think fast, be resilient and maintain a great sense of humour. You will receive support from your manager and other Service Leads along with external supervision.
You will be working 80 hours per fortnight (1.0 FTE), Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleepovers if required.
You will be required to be part of the on‑call roster as scheduled. This roster is covered by all Service Leads and Service Managers.
