What you will do

• Travel to customer sites to install, commission, and maintain Tetra Pak processing equipment or complete lines, including upgrades (process, automation, mechanical).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating procedures.
• Provide on-site production support and ensure operational efficiency.
• Train customer operators and maintenance technicians on equipment and processes.
• Prepare timely quality reports (technical assistance, maintenance, compliance).
• Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards, promoting a strong safety culture.
• Establish and maintain positive, ongoing customer relationships, including follow-up on concerns and proactive support.
• Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery.
