Job Description

Our client is a global leader in engineering, designing, producing, and applying valves and control systems for heat and process fluid controls.

Job Description

  • Managing and monitoring service targets, finding and solving product problems.
  • Coordinating with the sales department and solving problems on the job site.
  • Managing, guiding, and training subordinates for the service team to work professionally.
  • Responding to the needs of customers promptly.
  • Reporting the progress and team improvement of the service department to the National Sales Manager/General manager.
