Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine service checks on a number of units across the site, recording and escalating findings to the field manager.
• Act as the face of the business, providing updates to clients regarding work carried out.
• React to sudden breakdowns, working with both passengers and the client to provide technical solutions.
• Perform minor repairs on lifts and escalator units.
