Responsibilities
- Allocate manpower effectively to meet project and operational needs.
- Prioritize, coordinate, and reschedule tasks in response to changing deadlines.
- Provide daily technical guidance and support to technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
- Supervise service teams in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air‑conditioning systems.
