Job Description
- Location: Tuas (Company transport provided at West & Central)
- Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
- Overseas travelling required
- Perform commissioning, start-up, testing, and performance checks for marine engines and generator sets.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and distributors across assigned regions.
- Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely resolution during installation and operation.
- Conduct user training on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support warranty and after-sales service, including failure analysis and root cause investigation.
