Job Description :

• Do routine maintenance of instruments in appointed areas to make sure instruments run according to specifications and give stable and correct results.
• Pay trouble shooting service visits to clients upon request to solve urgent problems with instruments.
• Suggest necessary change of consumable and replaceable spare parts for instruments.
• Register for spare parts taken out from office and return default spare parts to office.
• Suggest temporary arrangement for instruments if spare parts are not available in stock.
• Receive new instruments from importers and check them upon request.
• Deliver instruments to clients and do training to users.
• Coordinate with Reagent Application Technician to handle product complaint of reagents and reagent application.
• Support Service Supervisor to forecast spare parts for stock.
• Make reports after service visit, travelling and on monthly basis.
