About the Role
We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our growing service team. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing recycling equipment on both a scheduled and reactive basis, ensuring high standards of work and outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with the Service Planning Supervisor, Technical Manager, and Operations Director to ensure safe and efficient delivery of service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on recycling equipment
• Work within customer SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements
• Communicate effectively with the Service Planning and Field Supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, time on site, and parts used
• Diagnose faults using hydraulic and electrical diagrams and testing equipment
• Support the sales team by passing on any potential business leads
