- Industry/Organization Type: Cooling Solutions Provider
- Position Title: Service Engineer
- Working Location: Kaki Bukit
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/ WDS and related systems.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Execute equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to emergency service calls (e-calls).
- Provide technical support and onsite training to clients on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with site engineers and customer engineering teams.
