Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days per week on site)Hays are working in partnership with a local council to recruit six Service Desk Technicians to support an increase in workload across the organisation. These roles will play a key part in supporting a major go-live project taking place in July, as well as providing ongoing support to teams across the council.Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st line support (and above) to internal users across the organisation

Manage and resolve a high volume of iing service desk calls and tickets

Support colleagues during the uing go-live project

Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement

Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate where necessary

Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions

Requirements:

Proven experience working at a service desk or in IT support

Strong 1st line support experience (or above)

Excellent stakeholder management andmunication skills<...
