Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 support. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and networking with various hardware and software technologies/devices. Key responsibilities include:
 • Providing timely resolution of customer issues through active engagement with ticketing systems.
Handling incoming calls from users and addressing their technical concerns.

Compensation: 18/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
