Job Description
Our customer is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their team of 7 in daily support of their environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a service desk and experience supporting windows, MECM/Intune experience for endpoint management, experience troubleshooting and supporting MAC devices, and any experience supporting AV Equipment would be a nice to have. Someone with experience providing hardware support and assisting in higher tier ticketing would be a great candidate. Apple hardware cert is a nice to have in this role as well as this group does support apple hardware repairs.
This team is end user facing, so candidates need to be able to communicate well on the phones, documentation experience and experience working through a ticketing system are must haves. This customer works with ServiceNow as their ticketing system. Any experience supporting Linux would be a big plus.
