We have an awesome opportunity for an entry role into the industry, with an opening in our Service Desk team that provides the first point of contact for ICT services and requests for staff and students. Your day-to-day work will include remote desktop support (computer, laptop or mobile devices), network or system access support, user profile management, and audio-visual support for teaching spaces.
Our team has a strong customer service orientation, and we need to communicate technical issues in a way our user community can understand. We need a new team member who can systematically work through incoming calls and tickets while maintaining awareness of incidents and outages that may disrupt services across the campus.
