For a self-driven and self-starter, Service Desk Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract.

The inside word…

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 service desk services to customers in an 8-hour, 5 days shift, rotating roster (no night-time shifts!).
  • Work with an amazing organisation, passionate about your growth and development.

  • You have at least 1-3 years' experience in service desk support working on incident, change and/or problem management processes.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge on ITIL with a certification being a massive PLUS!
  • Strong communication skills are essential, paired with great initiative and a team focused attitude.
