Service Desk Engineer Job Summary
As a service desk engineer you will be responsible for fulfilling service requests, including hardware and software installations, configurations, and upgrades. You will identify and resolve root causes of technical issues, implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurrence. You are expected to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
