Job Description
Position: Service Desk Transformation Consultant
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid (subject to business requirements)
Work Shift: Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment
Target Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:
β’ Must possess at least a Bachelorβs/College Degree, preferably in IT.
β’ Experience in transformation and solutions for Service Desk
β’ At least 6β8 years of experience in an IT Service Desk.
β’ Prior consulting and automation experience is required.
β’ Presales/solution experience is a plus.
β’ Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI frameworks is preferred.
β’ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
β’ BPO experience is required.
