In this critical IT role, you will provide frontline support to staff, resolve technical issues, and participate in service delivery improvements. Your expertise in troubleshooting will ensure smooth operations within one of the world’s largest ferry networks. Engage in incident management and maintain high standards in technical support services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer Tier 1 technical assistance through multiple channels
• Oversee incident resolution and service request management
• Ensure integrity of ITSM records and practices
• Perform audits of operating systems and workstations
• Recommend and implement service improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Prior technical support experience (1-2 years)
