Job Description:
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Service Desk management tools such as ServiceNow, Workspace One, JAMF, Intune
Desired Skills:
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Provide technical support to meet end usersβ satisfaction
- Monitor and respond rapidly and effectively to requirements from users through the IT Service Desk
- Monitor Service Desk ticket assignment and prioritize based on impact
- Modify configurations, utilities, and software default settings on local workstations
- Maintain and utilize Service Desk tracking software
- Document internal procedures
