Job Description
Elevate your IT career with Yardstick Technologies as a Service Desk Analyst. Play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving user issues through excellent technical support.
This Tier 1 position involves working closely with clients to address their IT needs, from desktop support to network troubleshooting. You will be part of a collaborative Service Team and have the opportunity to continuously improve your skills in a fast-paced environment. Participate in an on-call schedule to provide additional support as required by the business.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver prompt IT support for customers onsite and remotely
β’ Troubleshoot desktops, peripherals, and networking devices
β’ Track and prioritize end-user incidents and service requests
β’ Document service interactions and escalate as needed
β’ Join the on-call rotation for after-hours support
