Job Description
Onsite role - 5 days a week
6-months contract
Role Overview (Entry-Level Service Desk / Tier 1):
We are looking for candidates who can handle high-volume support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic PC/laptop troubleshooting (Windows)
Password resets, account unlocks (Active Directory)
Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams)
User onboarding and access provisioning
Ticket handling and escalation
Required Experience:
Entry-level IT candidates (1β3 year's experience)
Recent grads (IT, MIS, Computer Science)
Candidates with help desk internships
Strong customer service backgrounds (call center, retail) with basic technical aptitude
Strong communication skills
Reliability and ability to work onsite daily
Comfortable in high-volume environments
