Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Technician to support one of our top clients at Parker Hannifin. This individual will be responsible for providing end-user technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on ticket-based support, while the remaining 20% will involve hands-on deskside support.
Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing tickets through ServiceNow, assisting with machine imaging, onboarding new hires, installing and configuring software, and supporting Active Directory-related requests.
