Coordinates all activities of the service department and its team members. Provides backup to the Field Service Manager when they are out on a call.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIES:

• A part of the day-to-day activities of the FMF Service Department to organize all activities answer calls from customers relating to the service on their machinery.

• Primary point of contact for the customers when they request service on their capital equipment items.

• Work with Field Service Manager to determine most effective Service Team member to dispatch to a customers' job site.

• Coordinate all logistics for the field service teams to include making all travel arrangements, providing the team member with detailed flight data, hotel and rental car arrangements and procuring travel advance funds when necessary.
